Ways to pay

Buy on the web. Individual courses on iPhone too.

On the web Pay by card at checkout, for yourself or your team. Payment runs through Stripe, so your card details never reach CertiFlyers.
In the iPhone app Individual courses are also sold in the app, through Apple, at the same price. People on a company account see no prices in the app.
In the Android app Nothing to buy in the app. Buy on the web, then sign in on your phone and your courses are there.

Good to know

  • Refunds. Bought a course on the website and haven't completed it (answered all the questions in its quiz)? Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund it in full: write to support@certiflyers.com. Courses bought in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple.
  • Tax. Any sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address.
  • Renewal. Yearly plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time on the website, from Manage subscription on your Payments page, and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

What does the free course include?

The whole course, start to finish: video, slides and quiz, with a certificate when you pass. No card needed.

How is a team's price set?

By the number of people on your company account, managers included: Crew for 2 to 9, Hangar for 10 to 49 and Fleet for 50 or more. Everyone on the account pays the same price.

Is tax included in the price?

No. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies, is added at checkout from your billing address.

Can I get a refund?

Bought a course on the website and haven't completed it (answered all the questions in its quiz)? Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund it in full: write to support@certiflyers.com. Courses bought in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple.

What happens when my year ends?

Your plan renews by itself for another year, on the same date. You can cancel any time on the website, from Manage subscription. Certificates you've earned stay valid either way.

What does the yearly plan include?

A year of CertiFlyers courses for one person: start any live course — including new ones that go live during your year — on the website or in the phone apps.

Can I start on the web and finish on my phone?

Yes. Courses live on your CertiFlyers account, so you can switch between the web, the iPhone app and the Android app. A course bought in the iPhone app is on the web too.

Is CertiFlyers training FAA-approved?

CertiFlyers is an independent training provider, not an FAA-approved program. Each course is built on the regulation or standard it teaches, and your quality team decides how it fits your own training program.
