The rule behind it
Built around 14 CFR §145.163
A Part 145 repair station must have and use an FAA-approved employee training program of initial and recurrent training, and keep training records for at least two years. Read §145.163 on eCFR.
CertiFlyers is an independent training provider. Your quality team decides how each course fits your FAA-approved program.

Let your QA reviewer check the courses first
Before you buy seats, your manager or QA reviewer can review the courses against your quality system and approve them for your training program.
- Free access to the courses you choose
- It stays on until you no longer need it
- Marked as evaluation, so it never counts as completed training
Until then, we'll show your QA reviewer the courses in a demo.
Certificate check
An inspector scans. The certificate answers.
Every certificate has a QR code that opens a verification page. No phone calls, no digging through binders.

Is CertiFlyers training FAA-approved?
CertiFlyers is an independent training provider, not an FAA-approved program. Each course is built on the regulation or standard it teaches, and your quality team decides how it fits your own training program.
Can we choose how long training stays valid? Coming
Not yet. Choosing how long each course stays valid, with reminders before it expires, is coming.
What does an inspector see when scanning a certificate?
A verification page that shows whether the certificate is valid, with the person's name, the course and the issue date.
Can we export our training records? Coming
Exports to CSV, Excel and PDF are coming. Today, managers see each person's progress on every course.
Can our QA reviewer look at the courses before we buy? Coming
Evaluation access for QA reviewers is coming. Until then, book a demo and we'll show them the courses they want to review.
Do people need a computer?
No. Courses run on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps.
